Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships and manage accounts effectively in Tustin, California. This is a Contract position that requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and expertise in financial services, CRM platforms, and campaign planning. The ideal candidate will bring more than three years of experience in account management and demonstrate a proven ability to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Manage key accounts, providing strategic support and addressing client needs.
- Utilize CRM systems to track account activity and optimize client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client objectives with business goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess account performance.
- Lead campaign planning efforts to achieve client-specific goals.
- Oversee billing functions and ensure accuracy in client invoicing.
- Assist in budget processes and provide financial insights to clients.
- Implement best practices in accounting software systems for efficient account management.
- Stay updated on industry trends to offer innovative solutions to clients. Requirements - Minimum of three years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and accounting software systems.
- Strong understanding of financial services and billing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Experience with KPI reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and provide actionable financial insights.
- Familiarity with tools such as ADP, ATS, and About Time is a plus. TalentMatch®
