Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Range: $23–$26/hour
Job Type: Temp (Possible Temp-to-Hire)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operations in a medical or hospital setting. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is open to long-term opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in a medical or hospital setting
High School Diploma or GED
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to clinical and office staff
Assist with scheduling, patient communications, and document management
Maintain organized records and ensure timely data entry
Support insurance and referral processes as needed
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
Follow detailed oral and written instructions accurately
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with CS-Link/Epic or similar EMR systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to assist across departments
