Healthcare Recruiter Location: Northridge, CA Pay: $45-$50/hour ️ Start Date: August 18, 2025 What You'll Do Source and recruit top-tier clinical professionals (Nurses, Physicians) Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding Partner with fellow recruiters to support open requisitions and cover desks Lead and assist in recruitment special projects and initiatives Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and screenings Use creative sourcing strategies to engage passive and active talent Coordinate interviews and meetings using Outlook and scheduling tools Plan and organize job fairs, mixers, and networking events ️ Maintain accurate records in ATS systems Act as a consultative expert in recruitment best practices Must-Haves: ✅ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting/sourcing experience ✅ Experience recruiting Nurses and Physicians ✅ Strong ATS and scheduling software proficiency ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills ✅ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) ✅ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Nice-to-Haves: ✨ 1+ year of agency staffing experience ✨ Experience with Indeed and LinkedIn sourcing ✨ Job fair coordination and event planning Why You'll Love It Here Work with a collaborative, supportive team Lead initiatives and shape the future of healthcare recruitment Make a direct impact on hiring outcomes and organizational growth What's Driving This Role + Due to a recent loss of FTE and an increase in hiring demands, we're expanding our recruitment capacity to keep up with onboarding goals and project deadlines. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
