Job Description

Accentuate Staffing has an immediate need for a mail imaging specialist for an established insurance company in Raleigh. This position is onsite Monday – Friday from 8am – 5 pm. The mail imagining specialist will be responsible for all aspects of mail and imaging processes.

Responsibilities:

• Enter/copy all incoming checks and deliver “LIVE” checks
• Open, sort and distribute all incoming mail; Prep/scan all documents; Add postage to all outgoing mail; handle mail run
• Package daily cycle-New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, Immediate print and WIP (Work in Progress) as per instructions; Package agent mail
• Daily print and scheduling of cycle output of policies
• Process all cancellations; Enter file notes for cancellations
• Process UPS/Fed Ex pickup and delivery
• Fold all outgoing documents
• Indexing (Claims)
• Handle special projects and perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with mail and/or imaging equipment preferred
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Quick learner and strong work ethic
• Ability to move around frequently and lift up to 50 pounds
