Your New Role
The main function of a business consultant is to develop partnerships and provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills in the person s appropriate field of knowledge to help solve various issues. We are seeking a dynamic, certified Agile Trainer to lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive Lean Agile and SAFe training program for teams across our global enterprise. This role will play a key part in building Agile fluency across teams, leaders, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) through engaging, role-specific training and workshops grounded in Lean, Scrum, and SAFe principles.
Success in this role requires fluency across Agile frameworks, comfort working with corporate audiences, and a strong command of both teaching and coaching practices.
Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role
Deliver Agile training sessions and workshops across five tracks: Agile Fundamentals (Lean, Lean Agile, Scrum), Role-Based Agile Training (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team), Agile Ceremonies & Practices (e.g., Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, User Stories), Program Execution (e.g., PI Planning, WSJF, Inspect & Adapt), and Agile for Leadership (Lean for Executives, SAFe for Executives).
Develop and adapt training materials to align with Warner Bros. Discovery s Agile transformation goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align delivery with organizational needs and learner expectations.
Adapt delivery approaches to diverse audiences with varying levels of Agile experience.
Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.
Coach internal training team members to build confidence and future facilitation capacity.
Provide feedback on training materials and support continuous improvement.
Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Proven experience delivering Agile training in a corporate environment, across a diverse audience, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, PMs, and Workstream Leads.
2) Experience leading both foundational and advanced Agile workshops (team-level and leadership-focused).
3) Experience developing and customizing training content for different roles, Agile maturity levels, and business contexts.
4) Deep understanding of Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks, with the ability to translate theory into practice.
5) Experience facilitating Agile workshops in both virtual and in-person formats, with comfort using tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Miro to deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
6) Ability to coach and mentor internal trainers and Agile team members.
Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management and OKRs.
Experience with Design Thinking principles and practices.
Instructional design or adult learning background.
Experience in media, entertainment, or technology sectors.

Education / Certifications
Bachelor s degree in related field strongly preferred
At least ONE of the following certifications -
1) ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC) preferred for coaching internal trainers and fostering Agile mindset adoption
2) SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) to support Lean Agile and scaled Agile delivery
3) Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
4) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe POPM
